Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions of supply (‘Conditions’) carefully. They are the terms on which you may purchase products from our store. You should keep a copy of these Conditions for your future reference.
You MUST be 18+ to make a purchase on our website, any orders placed by anyone underage will be cancelled immediately.
1. ABOUT US
When you order products through this site you are ordering from Aspire-GB Ltd. Company Registration # 10782564 , VAT # ,Registered office at 60 Maryland, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 8DU.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
The products on our store are directed at consumer customers. If you access our store or order our products from places outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
3. YOUR ORDER
You will be sent an order confirmation from ourselves following your placing of the order. This is not an acceptance of your order. Once you receive a despatch notice from us your order has been accepted. If you want to change your order after it has been placed, you should contact us. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any requested change, and do not have any obligation to do so. This does not affect your right to cancel your order under if you change your mind.
4.1 We will deliver to the delivery address specified on your order. We are unable to accept changes to the delivery address. It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is available to receive delivery and sign for items that require signature on delivery. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
4.2 Our typical delivery times can be found in the “Delivery” section of our store and may be subject to change from time to time.
4.3 Delivery times are approximate and estimates only. We shall not have any liability to you for failing to meet delivery times. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than the times indicated on our site. We reserve the right to divide your order between different packages and to deliver in instalments.
4.4 If your order does not arrive within our typical delivery times, please allow a further ten (10) days (for standard delivery) or seven (7) days (for express delivery) before contacting us to report a late delivery.
4.5 If due to failed delivery you request an alternative delivery method other than our designated carrier you shall be responsible for any additional delivery charges that are applied, including any customs charges and duties that are subsequently applied.
5. RISK AND TITLE
5.1 We will be responsible for the products before they are delivered, but once they have been delivered they are at your risk. This means that you are responsible for taking good care of them and for ensuring that they are not lost, stolen or damaged.
5.2 You will become the owner of the products once you have paid for them in full and they have been delivered to you.
6. PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
6.1 Subject to Condition 6.2, the price of the products will be the price quoted by us on our site or over the telephone when you place your order.
6.2 Despite our best efforts it is always possible that some products may be incorrectly priced. We reserve the right to correct at any time any obvious errors in price that could reasonably have been spotted as a mistake.
6.3 If we make any special offers or promotions, we reserve the right to withdraw them at any time and without notice.
6.4 We take care to ensure that the product descriptions on our site are clear and accurate, but we may make changes without prior notice if we spot any errors.
6.5 We cannot guarantee that colours, packaging or product appearance will be exactly the same as on our site. You can exercise your right to cancel if there is any variation in colour, packaging or appearance that you do not like.
7. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
7.1 You have a period of fourteen days (14) days starting on the day after you take delivery of your products in which to cancel your order for any reason and receive a refund. This right applies in addition to your rights and includes the seven (7) day cooling off period available to you under the Distance Selling Regulations. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to delivery. If you wish to cancel products prior to delivery we reserve the right to accept such cancelation subject to a cancellation charge.
7.2 If you exercise this right to cancel, you must take reasonable care of the unwanted products and return them to us at your own expense. You may like to use a recorded delivery service to ensure that returned items arrive with us safely (and we particularly recommend this for higher value items). Please note that, we do not accept return of products that have been used or taken out of sealed packaging (such as DVDs, video games and videos) (although we do not consider shoes to have been ‘used’ if they have been tried-on, unless their soles or other parts show signs of wear as a result). In addition, we do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery or items that have been specially manufactured to your order including personalised items (which includes items personalised with player names and numbers).
7.3 Some of our products are subject to special transportation requirements because they come in aerosols or contain flammable ingredients. These items should not be sent by Royal Mail. If you want to return these items we can arrange for them to be collected from you by our carrier on request, but we will charge you for the cost of collection or deduct it from any refund that is due to you. If we do arrange a collection, then you must ensure that someone is available at the collection address to hand the items to our carrier at the designated time.
7.4 We will refund the price you paid for products that are returned within Fourteen 14 days. This refund will include our delivery charge unless that charge also included other products that you have not returned. We cannot refund the costs of any associated pre-delivery service such as gift-wrapping. We reserve the right to deduct our reasonable direct costs of recovering products that you fail to send back from any refund that we may give. We may be entitled to claim compensation from you if you fail to take care of the products before returning them to us.
7.5 In the unlikely event that you receive items that you did not order, or that are damaged or defective, or that are not in the quantity you ordered, you should contact us at our Contact Us page so that we can investigate your concerns and provide you with details of what to do next. You should retain the product concerned and its original packaging to enable us to do this.
7.6 If you have received less than the quantity of Products that you ordered, we will use our reasonable endeavours to make up any shortfall or else give you a refund for the undelivered items.
7.7 We will take back (at our own cost) any products that are damaged or defective or that have been delivered to you in error. We may arrange with you that our carrier will collect those products from you (in which case someone must be available at the collection address to hand them to our carrier at the designated time), agree to reimburse your reasonable costs of returning them to us, or else ask you to throw them away. We will, at our option, replace or give you a refund for any damaged or defective products. Please note that this does not apply to products that have simply suffered fair wear and tear or that have been lost or damaged after their delivery to you).
7.8 The above rights of cancellation and return do not affect your statutory rights.
What is your Returns Policy?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt of delivery. They need to be returned with their original packaging and with proof of purchase and we will be happy to refund the complete amount you paid (item’s price+ shipping).
To return or exchange an item by post:
- Pack your item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or packet.
- Complete and enclose the returns slip that can be found on the back of the delivery note. If you do not have your returns slip we would ask that you please return your item with a short cover note stating whether you would like a refund or a exchange along with your full name, address, order number and reason for return to:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.
Exceptions to this policy:
- All return and re-shipping charges are the customer’s liability.
- We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-despatching costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
- All items should be unopened & unused.

8. OUR LIABILITY
8.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our (or our employees’, agents’ or subcontractors’) negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for any liability that we may have under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 or for any other liability that may not lawfully be limited or excluded.
8.2 If we are negligent, breach our Contract with you or otherwise fail to comply with our legal obligations, our liability is limited to the losses that you suffer that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our negligence, breach or failure.
8.3 As the products on our site and order line are directed at consumer customers, we do not accept liability for business losses (such as loss of profits, business, anticipated savings or goodwill) or losses suffered by anyone other than you.
8.4 We will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, disease, war, terrorism, strikes, emergency laws or problems with power supplies, the internet, telecommunications or transport systems. If such an event occurs we will use reasonable endeavours to overcome its effects as soon as we can.
9. STATUTORY RIGHTS
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
